REGISTRATION IS ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS.  In order to reserve a spot, a $75 non-refundable registration fee is due with this application.  Supply Fee is also due and is non-refundable.

Please indicate the class desired.  Children must be of age for their class on or before September 1, 2013.

All children in the three-year-old programs must be potty trained before school starts.  Tuition is based on an annual fee divided into (9) equal payments paid monthly, beginning on September 1, 2013.

ALL RECORDS INCLUDING IMMUNIZATIONS MUST BE ON FILE BY OPEN HOUSE.  Your child must have had a physical exam within the past two years and all immunizations must be current.  These records must be on the proper State accepted forms available through your child’s physician or the Seminole County Health Department.

 

New Covenant Preschool reserves the right to cancel any class due to lack of enrollment.  If this occurs, every effort will be made to place the child in another class. 

 

New Covenant Preschool admits students of any race to the rights, privileges, programs, and activities at the school.  The school does not discriminate on the basis of race in the administration of its educational policies, admissions policies and other school-administered policies.

VPK FOUR-YEAR-OLDS ,VPK families must register in person and additional documentation required.   Effective May 14, 2013, we have only 1  VPK space available  for 2013 -2014.  Children must obtain VPK Certificate from Seminole Coalition to register.  Contact Susan@new-covenant-church.com    for more information.
