Meet our Highly-Qualified Nursery Staff

Ryann Betsinger

Hello! My name is Ryann Betsinger and I have been working with young children since age 13. Growing up, both of my parents were teachers and watching them inspired me to become one as well. Teaching comes naturally to me, as I love being a leader and mentor for young children.

New Covenant is such a special place with a very amazing community and I've loved every second of my time here! The nursery has been a place for me to share my love for teaching and love for God all in one place!

We encourage children to explore all areas of development and to simply have a safe place on Sunday mornings to learn and grow!

Nicole Cervone

Hi everyone! My name is Nicole Cervone and I have been working with young ones for as long as I know! I’m 21 years old and growing up I always had a passion to care for children. When I attended Lake Howell High school, I was part of their Little Hawks Preschool. I was able to meet my partner in crime, Ryann and received my CDA and become First Aid and Safety/CPR certified.

I’ve been at New Covenant since my Senior year in high school and I don’t plan on changing that! My absolute favorite part about being here at New Covenant is the atmosphere and relationships I’ve made! Being part of your child’s development is my greatest honor.

Children are a Sacred Trust

The safety of all children in our care is very important to us. We do not minimize the importance that parents and God place upon the dignity, value and safety of each child.

All leaders, teachers, substitutes and volunteers who serve in our Ministry to Children and Families have completed a background screening and criminal history reports.

In addition, all these volunteers complete a mandatory Risk Management Class which equips volunteers to understand the severe consequences of child abuse and to recognize the patterns and approaches used by predators.

If you have any questions about this program or other safety polices, please contact our church office at 407-699-0202.
